The Horsham Hawks webshop is managed by Premier Sports - one of the South's leading suppliers of customised clothing for sports clubs, schools and universities. Before you contact us, please check our Frequently Asked Questions below: 

  1. When will my order be despatched? Please check your "Invoice" which you would have received when you placed your order. The latest date your order will be despatched is shown in the top right hand corner "Despatch Date".
     
  2. Can I collect my order? You certainly can. At the check out you have the choice of delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person. Please note our offices hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. We are unable to process new orders at our warehouse, it is a collection facility only. 
     
  3. I haven't received my order? When you placed your order you should have added your mobile number for tracking details. You will also be sent an email by our despatch department which will have the tracking details. Our parcels are all sent by Royal Mail.
     
  4.  I've ordered the wrong sized garment? Unfortunately as the items on this website are ordered and customised on demand, we are unable to accept returns. Please speak to the club secretary who may be able to arrange a sell on for you. 
     
  5. I can't remember my username? Your username will be the first part of your email address before the @ symbol. If you need to, you can request a new password.
